Barbara has over 30 years experience in massage; specialising in deep tissue and sports massage. She has since developed her own unique style of holistic massage.

She works alongside the client to target the areas they feel needs addressing, as well as intuitively working with their bodies to release muscle tension and promote healing. By working and responding to the body in this way, the treatments can have quite a profoundly positive effect on the client's emotional as well as physical wellbeing.
