Catherine qualified as a reflexologist in London in 1998 and isa member of the association of reflexologists. In the 26 years since then, she has treated a range of clients from pregnant women to clients recovering from surgery, clients with long term health conditions and the elderly.

She has also treated clients going through chemotherapy who found the feeling of touch to be incredibly comforting and found there was an improvement in the numbness associated with chemo.

Since becoming a parent, she has also treated her own children who regularly demand a “foot massage”.
